How do I clean and maintain my Spit Bud?

We recommend hand washing your Spit Bud with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive materials or placing it in the dishwasher as this can void the warranty.

What is the warranty on a Spit Bud?

All Spit Buds come with a 2-year warranty. If you have any issues with your Spit Bud, please contact us for assistance.

Spit Bud products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Spit Bud dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer's exclusive remedy will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Spit Bud. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

For all other consumer warranty claims, please contact Spit Bud Customer Care at info@spittwell.com. To start the warranty process, please provide the following information:

  1. Valid proof of purchase: This confirms the date of purchase for warranty coverage. Without a valid proof of purchase, the warranty is not valid. However, other repair options may be available, so please contact us for more information.

    What is the return policy for Spit Buds?

    Spit Buds offers a 30-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
